Artnary Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Artnary, each piece is thoughtfully crafted upon order — making every creation uniquely yours. Due to the custom nature of our products, we accept returns for defective products only. However, we stand by the quality of our art and are here to support you in the rare case of damage or defects.
Order Cancellations
Because every Artnary piece is made to order, cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing your order.
To request a cancellation, please email us at Official@artnary.com with your order number as soon as possible.
After 24 hours, your order enters production and can no longer be modified or canceled.
Refunds for Damaged Items Only
We offer refunds only in cases where the product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect.
To be eligible for a refund:
You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
You must provide a clear unboxing video showing:
The external packaging
The unpacking process
The damage or defect on the product
This video proof is mandatory to verify the issue and process your claim.
Once we receive and review your submission, our team will assess the situation and notify you of the outcome. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Returns or Exchanges
Countries and policy
Country – All the Selling locations
Returns – Yes, we accept returns for defective and non-defective products. To get the full refund we will require proper proof of damaged.
Exchanges – We do not provide any exchange as the products are made upon the request. We will provide full refund for any damaged products.
Condition and window
Product Condition – For new and slightly used products.
Return Window – You can raise a request for any return/refund within the 30 days of the product delivery date.
Return method – You have to raise a request on mail – official@artnary.com for any return/refund for the products.
Currency that applies to this policy – As the products are made in India the currency will be INR(Rupees) for India and USD(Dollars) for international customers.
Return label – Please attach the bill received with the order or received by mail to the return/refund requested raised through mail as a proof for the product.
Restocking fee – No Cost (Free)
Refund processing time – Refund will be processed within 7 business days after confirmation time.
International returns – Return cost is flat $33 USD.
Shipping Issues
Artnary is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by third-party shipping carriers. However, if your package is lost or arrives damaged, we will work with you to resolve the issue in accordance with our refund policy.
